jli4 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jli4 website, mobile platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on jli4, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

jli4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the jli4 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the jli4 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. jli4 will request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jli4, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from jli4 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the jli4 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a jli4 account, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. jli4 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli4 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jli4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jli4 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jli4 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jli4 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your jli4 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jli4 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. jli4 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. jli4 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jli4 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jli4 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jli4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jli4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jli4 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and available for review within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jli4 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. jli4's decision in such matters is final. Bets placed after a technical error has occurred may be voided at jli4's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli4 platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the jli4 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported immediately and will be reversed.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

jli4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of regulatory authorities.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your jli4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jli4 platform without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jli4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jli4 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jli4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jli4 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jli4 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jli4 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
